AGED CARE & RETIREMENT

	Victoria Towers - Southport GMP Management were appointed as Project Managers for this 34 storey mixed use development. The project comprises 220 aged persons units and 3 levels (90 bed) dependant aged care facility with retail to ground floor. The project was completed early 2011.
	Serene-on-Tweed - Tweed Heads, NSW An over 55's resort living, this (6) storey development incorporating 77 apartments, residents' lounge, bar, library, pool and gym. GMP are the Project Managers and have been involved from design development through tender and construction.
	Grande Pacific - Broadwater, Gold Coast Grande Pacific is Australia's first purpose designed high rise retirement development and overlooks the expanse of the Broadwater and Pacific Ocean. The building comprises 108 luxury retirement apartments over 25 levels with residents' facilities and secure basement parking, specifically designed with five star facilities for leisure aged living. GMP Management were appointed Project Managers and Cost Managers for the project, which was completed in 2008.
	Tall Trees - Rochedale Tall Trees Rochedale is an existing Aged Care Community including a Community Centre, residential units and pool in Rochedale South. This $5.1m development is for Stage 4, a 2 storey residential building with a mix of 1 bed and 1 bed + study units totalling 30 units. Stage 4 is linked to the existing development via landscaped paths and internal roads. GMP Management have been appointed Project Managers and Cost Management consultants for this project.
	Tall Trees - Tanah Merah Tall Trees Tanah Merah is a $31m Aged Care Community including a Leisure Centre, residential units and pool in Tanah Merah. The Leisure Centre includes a dining area, kitchen, administration, residents' lounge and library. The 13 No. two storey residential buildings include a mix of 1 bed and 1 bed + 1 study units totalling 168 units. All facilities are linked via landscaped paths and internal roadways with carparking. GMP Management have been appointed Project Managers and Cost Management consultants for this project.
	Carnegie Cove - Port Macquarie, New South Wales An upmarket retirement resort, the project comprises a variety of accommodation villas with a country club, health centre, retail facilities and sports facilities. The project is near Port Macquarie (NSW) and GMP are the Cost Managers for this $100m project.
