St Hilda's School, Year 2 Classroom Block, Southport

GMP Management were appointed as Project and Cost Managers for the construction of the new Year 2 Classroom block. GMP administrated the building contract, assessed progress claims and variations. This project was delivered on budget and ahead of program.

Somerset College - Mudgeeraba

GMP Management provided Somerset College with project management and quantity surveying services on a number of the school's projects, from inception through design development, tender and construction.

St Andrews College (Resource Centre) - Tallebudgera

GMP Management were appointed as Project Managers for the delivery of a new Resource Centre and Multi-Purpose Hall. The Resource Centre / Library was completed in 2009. This project was BER funded and delivered on behalf of St Andrews Lutheran College directly.

St Andrews College (Multipurpose Hall) - Tallebudgera

Following successful delivery of the Resource Centre, GMP Management were engaged for design management and Project Management for a Multi-Purpose Hall. The project faced many hurdles, however was successfully completed in late 2010.

St Andrews College (Administration Building) - Tallebudgera

Following the successful completion of two previous projects at St Andrews, GMP were again appointed as Project and Cost Managers on the construction of the new Administration Building. GMP managed the project from initial design stage through to current construction works. The project is due to be completed end of August 2012.

St Andrews College (COLA) - Tallebudgera

GMP Management were engaged by St Andrews as the Project Managers under the Queensland Government's Department of Communities, Sport and Recreation Infrastructure Programme. GMP primary role was to deliver the construction of the Covered Outdoor Learning Area which is a mixed sporting facility.

QAC 600 Room Student Accommodation - Southport

It took over 2 years of intense negotiations with the Queensland State Government to finalise the exclusive mandate agreement for an international client to build, operate and own a 600 room student accommodation facility on a 32000m2 site at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. The agreement also involved the construction of a new $10m Teaching and Administration facility for the GCIT on one subdivided portion of the site.

Harbour Town Medical Centre

GMP were Project Managers and Cost Managers through approval and all design phases.

A (2) storey medical centre of over 2000m2 - GMP were also responsible for negotiating with the tenant user.
