Sofitel, Denaura, Fiji
300 room resort with Mandara Day Spa, Grand Ballroom, private beach, Fiji’s largest lagoon pool, fitness centre and kids’ club. Dining includes restaurant, buffet restaurant, pool bar and cocktail bar.
GMP Management were involved from the early design workshops and feasibility through to project completion and contract finalisation.

Iririki Island, Vanuatu
Vanuatu's most exclusive resort, set on an island just off Port Vila. The Snorkeller’s Cove development comprising 61 deluxe rooms and penthouses, together with four level lagoon pool, Watermark restaurants, sports bar and resort infrastructure was completed in 2006. GMP Management administered the project with 2 separate contractors under 2 different forms of contracts.

Port Vila Wharf Retail, Vanuatu
A mixed use waterfront development comprising office and retail. The signature element of the project was a basement nightclub with underwater glass wall to Vila Harbour.

Chantilly Resort, Vanuatu
Occupying a prime waterfront position, the development includes the refurbishment of the existing hotel and facilities, plus creation of new retail and 40 new oceanfront rooms. The project is currently at the initial design phase with a number of development solutions being considered.
