International

	Iririki Resort - Vanuatu GMP were the Project Managers and Cost Managers for the Snorkeller Cove - The deluxe rooms for Iririki Island which also included the Watersports Bar and new Arrival Station. The overall development included Vanuatu's largest lagoon pool with bar and restaurant facilities together with new Spa.
	Sofitel - Fiji A 300 room resort hotel comprising room and suites, conference centre, restaurants, bars, fine dining. The hotel also incorporates a large spa facility, lagoon pool, chapel, beach sports facilities. GMP were involved from the project inception through to completion.
	Lazuli Blue - Vanuatu Located at Eton Beach, the Resort Hotel has a mixture of rooms, fares and deluxe villas comprising over 250 keys. Facilities include restaurants, bars, spa, plus many sporting activities. GMP have been involved in the project feasibility and initial design.
	Two Mile Apartments - Papua New Guinea GMP Management are currently engaged for the design management, Quantity Surveying and Cost Management as well as ongoing Project Management services for this (15) storey residential tower located in 2 Mile Hill, Port Moresby. The project is expected to be completed in late 2013.
	The International - Papua New Guinea Currently in its design development phase, the International includes a mix of serviced apartments and permanent residential apartments. The project is located in the heart of Port Moresby.
	Belmol - Espiritu Santo GMP were the facilitators for the design workshop and subsequently Project Managers for the concept stage of the development. The Masterplan included (3) hotels together with a variety of retail, residential and commercial uses. The project also incorporated a golf course, marina and other sporting facilities.
	Hualien Hotel and Theme Park - Taiwan A 400 room resort hotel incorporating a Family Theme Park situated on a challenging site on the eastern coast of Taiwan. GMP Management were involved in the cost analysis of this project from inception through to construction stage.
