Gordon has been involved with the construction project management and development industry for over 35 years. Gordon joined forces with Ian Pert in 2004 to establish GMP Management, which is the largest Management Services Consultancy based on the Gold Coast. Prior to GMP Management, Gordon operated as GMF Management, development managers for the Casino in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Gordon was also responsible for the development of the Sea World Nara Hotel. He brings a wealth of experience to tourism, leisure, gaming and retirement projects.

Ian has over 25 years experience in the development industry and has a strong financial focus in property projects. Ian has pioneered cost modelling techniques, which have subsequently become the industry norm of benchmarking. Prior to being a director of GMP Management, Ian headed the largest QS practice on the Gold Coast. During that period, Ian also provided project management services and risk management services for the funding syndicates on Q1 and Circle on Cavill. Ian's particular interests are in tourism and residential projects.

Gavin has over 16 years experience in the infrastructure and development industry and has a strong project management focus with an emphasis on the financial and time delivery aspects. With an engineering background, Gavin has a particular interest in major infrastructure projects, residential development and funders' risk management.

Paul has over 30 years experience in the construction and development industry and has a strong quantity surveying and cost management services background.  Paul has a particular interest in financial and cost management services related to commercial and residential projects as well as acting for most major financial institutions in the funders' certification and initial interview.

Nick has over 15 years experience in the development industry and has a strong project management experience with attention to detail.  With an architectural background Nick’s particular interests include industrial, residential and resort developments with a focus on time and budget.
