Twin Towns Services Club – Tweed, New South WalesFollowing the millennium tower extensions to the Club in 2000, which Ian Pert was responsible for, GMP are also the Project Managers for the new proposed extension which includes a 1100m2 convention / auditorium, 4 cinemas, new bars / restaurants and facilities. |

Trilogy, Budds Beach, Gold CoastGMP were the Project Managers for the three highrise tower project known as Trilogy. The development, in prestigious Budds Beach, contained 137 apartments with pool, gym, residents’ function room and zen gardens. With a construction cost of approximately $50m, GMP were involved throughout the project, from approval stage to construction completion. |

Grande Pacific, Broadwater, Gold CoastGrande Pacific is Australia’s first purpose designed high rise retirement development and overlooks the expanse of the Broadwater and Pacific Ocean. The building comprises 108 luxury retirement apartments over 25 levels with residents facilities and secure basement parking, specifically designed with five star facilities for leisure age living. GMP Management were appointed Project Managers and Cost Managers for the project, which was completed late 2008. |

Harmony, Runaway Bay, Gold CoastGMP have been appointed Project Managers for the 119 apartment development – Harmony at Runaway Bay. The developer appointed GMP after obtaining the development approval and the project commenced construction in 2007, with anticipated completion mid 2009. The project is designed by the principles of Feng Shui and is in 5 buildings of varying heights to 7 storeys, with an internal landscaped living oasis and energy centre. |

Blue on Blue, Magnetic Island, QueenslandThis project comprises 157 luxury residences featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units located at Nelly Bay, Magnetic Island, off Townsville, Queensland. Additionally, restaurant, bar, spa and meeting facilities are included in the complex. Management rights have been granted to Peppers, a boutique style operator of many similar quality resorts. A large lagoon pool is included within the complex, as well as a resort marina. Completed in late 2007 the developed cost of the project was in excess of $80m. GMP Management were appointed as Project Managers and Superintendent for the project. |

Treasury Casino and Hotel, BrisbaneThis project, when constructed in 1996, was the largest and most complex heritage redevelopment in Australia. Two vacant Government buildings in Central Brisbane were refurbished into the Brisbane Treasury Casino and Hotel at a cost of over $200m. Additionally, a park between the two buildings was removed and six levels of underground carparking and staff facilities were then constructed beneath the park level. Finally the park was restored to the original design as established at the turn of the century. Major basement works beneath each heritage building were constructed to accommodate kitchens and stores with tunnel connection linking each building under the streets of Brisbane. GMP Management were appointed as Project Managers for this project which included management of the consultants, builder and commissioning of both the casino and the hotel. |

Watermark Hotel, Gold CoastThis hotel comprises 410 rooms and is located in the centre of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, Australia. It was designed to accommodate the resort and package group hotel market, at a price to ensure an acceptable return to the owner whilst providing suitable accommodation for its intended market. Completed in mid 1990’s, it has proved a successful and profitable operation. Hotel facilities include restaurants, spa, meeting rooms and underground parking. GMP Management were appointed Project Managers for an overseas client. |

Cienna Square, Southport, Gold CoastLocated in Southport, Cienna is a 50 storey dynamic mixed use development comprising apartments, restaurant and offices and will inject new life into the old Southport CBD. The ground level will ensure a lively and desirable public space which will become a public plaza with inspirational landscape treatments, public art works, water features and an art wall depicting the history of Southport. GMP Management have been appointed as Project and Cost Managers. |

Royal Pines Resort, Gold CoastGMP Management were appointed Project Managers to undertake the redevelopment of Royal Pines Resort in 2002. The project comprised the removal of 9 holes of existing golf course and the lowering of the balance of the golf course with provision of 363 residential entitlements in Stage 1 as well as 350 entitlements in Stage 2. Also included was the approval of 3 high rise buildings comprising 214 units adjacent to the existing hotel. Stage 1 is sold out and work has begun on Stage 2. The development of the 3 no. highrise towers (average 20 levels) will commence on completion of Stage 2. The work on site is approved under the Integrated Resort Act which is a State Government approval with an agreement with the Gold Coast City Council. |

Seaworld Nara Hotel, Gold CoastThis project comprises a 400 room family style hotel located adjacent to the Seaworld Theme Park which is connected by monorail. The hotel was constructed in under 12 months at a construction cost of less than $30m. It operates at a very high occupancy rate, second only to Jupiters Casino. The hotel has a height limit of three storeys and is located close to both the ocean beaches and the protected Broadwater. It comprises family accommodation with restaurant facilities, bars, children’s areas and a large lagoon pool. Since opening it has proved to be a successful and economically viable operation. |

60 Marine Parade, CoolangattaA striking luxury 1 unit per floor condominium development with a 2 level retail podium. Each unit has its own pool and contains an extremely high level of finish and technical sophistication. GMP are involved from the initial DA and approval stage which was an extremely complex and involved process. Full DA is expected mid 2009. |

The Leisure Centre includes a Dining area, Kitchen, Administration, Residents Lounge and Library. Ikin Storage Facility, ToowoombaLocated in the industrial area in Boundary Street, Toowoomba, the project consists of architecturally designed 3600m2 precast concrete panel industrial self-storage units. All units have a mezzanine level with both ground and mezzanine providing secure storage facilities. An office of 2000m2 is situated to the front for administration with visitor parking and landscaping. GMP were appointed as Project Managers and Cost Management consultants for this project. |

Twin Towns Harbour Tower, New South WalesA 197 apartment hotel, this was the second tower for which Ian Pert was responsible. A joint venture between Twin Towns Services Club and Baulderstone Hornibrook, this project contained substantial carparking to supplement the existing Club, retail, and a 15 storey resort residential tower comprising 20 serviced hotel apartments. GMP were the Project Managers for all facets of this $60m project from concept through to completion and fit-out. |

Cult Industries, Burleigh HeadsLocated at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Cult's new head quarters have been specifically designed to show case the entire Cult surf clothing range, hardware and apparel, as well as providing warehousing for distribution of Cult’s products across Australia. GMP Management was responsible for cost management of the project through all stages of the design process and was then commissioned as project manger during the construction stage. |

GMP’s services included financial management of on site and off site costs, along with all aspects of construction programming, design and approvals. QAC 600 Room Student Accomodation It took over 2 years of intense negotiation with the Queensland State Government to finalise the exclusive mandate agreement for an international client to Build, Operate & Own a 600 room student accommodation facility on a 32000m2 site at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. The agreement also involved the construction of a new $10m Teaching and Administration facility for the GCIT on one subdivided portion of the site. |

Montague Road, West End, Brisbane The project comprises 490 residential units and a supermarket with speciality shops on a 12000m2 site in the West End in Brisbane. The DA was submitted in February 2009 with construction scheduled for completion later in 2011. |
