Salacia Waters - Gold CoastSalacia Waters occupies a prime managers position on the northern Gold Coast and is bounded by water on three sides. As Project Manager GMP were responsible for negotiating and obtaining a large range of necessary approvals from many government bodies, including negotiating acceptable terms on behalf of an overseas developer. The project provides a mix 470 apartments and townhomes along with retail and home office space, and is being strategically developed in numerous stages, with a total construction cost of approximately $250m. The project is an exemplar of the latest international developments in new urbanism design, and incorporates the input of an array of internationally recognized architects and specialist consultants. |

Trilogy - Budds Beach, Gold CoastGMP were the Project Managers for the three highrise tower project known as Trilogy. The development, in prestigious Budds Beach, contained 137 apartments with pool, gym, residents' function room and Zen gardens. With a construction cost of approximately $50m, GMP were involved throughout the project from approval stage to construction completion. |

Milan at Main Beach - Gold CoastMilan is an upmarket 19 level residential apartment building, with 16 sky homes, one per level with extensive resident facilities. Milan is located in Hughes Avenue, Main Beach on the Gold Coast. GMP Management were commissioned as Project Managers during the construction stage, to ensure seamless communication flow between the developer, consultant team, contractor and authorities. GMP were also responsible for management of all financial aspects of this project and financier risk management certification and reporting. The project construction works were completed late 2008. |

Allure - Gold CoastAn absolute beachfront condominium project, this development contains probably the Gold Coast's most upmarket apartments. The 13 condominiums include ultra-luxury finishes, sophisticated automation and security car lift in a one per floor configuration. GMP Management were Project Managers and Cost Managers from project inception through to final completion for this $30m development. |

River Terrace - Surfers ParadiseA residential tower of 200 units with cafe, home offices, extensive landscaping and pools. GMP Management worked very closely with the developer in obtaining the approvals, feasibility and finance application. |

Murphys Road - Kingscliff, New South WalesLocated on Murphys Road, Kingscliff, this $10m development comprises 15 upmarket residential apartments with secure basement parking. Direct beach access, high level finishes, swimming pool and landscaping have been incorporated into this unique development. GMP Management were appointed Project Managers for the construction phase of the project, which has been successfully completed. |

Cienna Square - Southport, Gold CoastLocated in Southport, Cienna is a 50 storey dynamic mixed use development comprising apartments, restaurant and offices and will inject new life into the old Southport CBD. The ground level will ensure a lively and desirable public space which will become a public plaza with inspirational landscape treatment, public art works, water features and an art wall depicting the history of Southport. GMP Management have been appointed as Project and Cost Managers. |

60 Marine Parade - CoolangattaA striking luxury 1 unit per floor condominium development with a 2 level retail podium. Each unit has its own pool and contains an extremely high level of finish and technical sophistication. GMP are involved from the initial DA and approval stage which was an extremely complex and involved process. |

Zest Apartments - Darwin, NTZest Residences is located in Darwin's CBD and comprises 102 apartments over 10 levels including a 2 level basement carpark. The project has an estimated construction value of $20m and is due for completion early 2012. |

Montague Road - West End, BrisbaneThe project comprises 490 residential units and a supermarket with speciality shops on a 12000m2 site in West End in Brisbane. The DA was submitted in February 2009 with construction scheduled for completion late 2011. |

Marvel Street - Byron Bay, NSWGMP were Project and Cost Managers for the design and construction of a boutique residential development in Byron Bay, providing (4) three-bedroom luxury residences with carparking and elevated swimming pool. With a construction budget of $3.5m, careful attention was paid to ensuring that costs were closely managed whilst still achieving the high quality of finish required by the developer. GMP were also involved in extensive negotiations with the local Council prior to and during construction to ensure a smooth approval and completion process. |

Seaforth on Manly - Manly, QldGMP Management have been appointed as Project and Cost Managers during the construction stage for the completion of a (72) townhouse development in Manly, Brisbane. Stage1 of the construction works are complete. |

Ilanah Aqua - Hope Island, Gold CoastIlanah Aqua, located at Hope Island comprises the completion of (36) residential apartments in three separate buildings. GMP were appointed as Project and Cost Managers during the construction stage |

Ultra Penthouse - BroadbeachGMP are the Project and Cost Managers for the complex and challenging renovation and amalgamation of (2) two-storey penthouses in the luxury Ultra building in Broadbeach, Gold Coast. GMP's role involved lengthy negotiations with other residents and the Body Corporate to ensure that works are co-ordinated with the minimum possible impact on the use of the building. The project required extensive demolition works, the agreement of target prices with the builder, and the design and procurement of sub-contracts requiring an exemplary level of specification and finish. |

Rhodes - CapalabaThe Rhodes development comprises 272 apartments over 6 medium rise buildings. The project will be delivered in (3) stages with a combined construction value of $60m. The project is expected to be completed in early 2013. |

Harmony - Runaway Bay, Gold CoastGMP were appointed Project Managers for the 119 apartment development Harmony at Runaway Bay. The developer appointed GMP after obtaining the development approval and the project was completed November 2009. The project is designed by the principles of Feng Shui and is in 5 buildings of varying heights to 7 storeys, with an internal landscaped living oasis and energy centre. |
