Design Management
GMP will prepare the scope of service, obtain proposals, negotiate and appoint design consultants. We believe it is essential that clear and unambiguous briefing is fundamental to the design phase being managed to time and budget.
Appreciation and understanding of client project requirements is a forte of GMP and thus ensures a team approach and successful outcome.

GMP’s strong financial focus has seen GMP Management appointed as the preferred consultant by financiers for major projects in excess of $200m. GMP’s wide range of skills as well as commercial appreciation of market influences are fundamental to identifying project risk.

Cost Management
GMP have a number of experienced Quantity Surveyors which has resulted in GMP providing Cost Management services on large high profile projects.
Our ability to provide accurate and responsive Cost Planning, together with the ability to identify cost/design issues, is essential for strong financial management.
Continuous cost monitoring and checking through the design phase are essential to avoid cost and design “creep” and to protect margin. GMP are pivotal to maintaining project goals.
During the construction phase, GMP provides strict cost control on payments and variations.
